Established in 1992, DCA is the brainchild of principal architects Nitin Khatwani & Hussain Dholkawala. Over a span of 3 decades the firm has not only grown in size and stature but also in its approach to design and architectural sensitivity. DCA has come to be known for its unique design approaches adapted to each project for achieving a balance between functionality & aesthetics, context, climate, material, cost & time-frame.

DCAs versatile portfolio spans a comprehensive range of residential, commercial and institutional projects. Though DCA is based in Mumbai it has a pan India presence and has even ventured internationally in the Middle East, USA & Europe.

Principle Architect & Co-founder with 29 years of experience in design & execution, he has been responsible in designing many award winning projects, both in India & abroad and heads the design vertical of the organization.

Mahesh Keswani

Architect

Ph.D in Urbanism & M.Sc. in Green Building (ongoing) & M.Arch (USA). As a registered architect  & a LEED Accredited Professional (AP) he is responsible for matters related to green building certifications.

Hussain Dholkawala

Architect

Principle Architect & Co-founder with 29 years of hands-on experience in projects, managing  complex corporate and industrial manufacturing facilities, ensuring timely & cost effective deliverables.

Jitendra Ausekar

Project Manager

Equipped with 22 years of hands-on experience in large projects, his strength in material and workforce management with logistical acumen and eye for micro management has been a great help for the organization.

Swati Ray

Architect

Masters in Architectural Design from University of New South Wales, Her experience is spread over all typologies like educational institutions, commercial buildings, campuses and retail outlets. They ranged from 30000 to 1000000 sqft in size.
