Our Services Include :
- Civil Works – Construction and Management of all types of civil works as per BIS(Bureau of Indian Standards). Special emphasis on finish and quality with is maintained at the highest level the industry demands.
- Electrical Works – SITC of complete electrical works for office and industrial application CPRI (Central Power Research Institute) approved panels LT and HT works. We partner with Plycab, Legrand, Siemens, Schneider, Finolex, Philips, Wipro, Syska, LightingTechnology etc.
- Plumbing Works – A system of pipes and fixtures we design and install in a building for the distribution and use of potable (drinkable) water and the removal of waterborne wastes. SITC of plumbing works is available with us due to our collaboration with top brands and consultants / vendors to ensure a leakage free set up.
Kohler/Grohe/Jaqar/Prince Pipes/Toto/Kinetic pipes….. etc….. - HVAC Works – An HVAC system is designed to control the environment in which it works. It achieves this by controlling the temperature of a room through cooling. Our team of consultants and vendors come together to design the best suited HVAC system specific to the site. Depending on the budget and site conditions solutions in terms of VRV, Ductable, Split unit sometimes combining both, chill water systems are advised and executed.
- Facade Exterior Works – The types of facade system that we construct, depends on the type, scale and use of the building. We lay a lot of emphasis on planning requirements that may affect the building & timelines in such projects undertaken by us. Using finishes like glass/stones/AL cladding and so on.
- Fabrication Works – Metal fabrication refers to, designing and building of metal structures by assembling, bending, and cutting processes. We bring forth for our clients remarkable services of MS & SS Fabrication Service. The entire services offered by us are executed by our expert professionals and fabricators within the specified time frame and finishes desired.
- Fire Protection System – The purpose of a fire management system is to design, manage, plan and co-ordinate appropriate fire safety procedures to reduce the risks of fire and to ensure the safety of building occupants. A complete fire management system ensures legal compliance and protection of lives and assets. We have the expertise to design appropriate FRMS and we often collaborate with top consultants in case of complex users.
